A digital re-imagining of my Moby Fist original watercolor piece.
The original piece was part of a series of mythical creatures conceived as puppets in various forms; Moby Dick, in this case, was obviously a hand-puppet.
This was a continuation of my preffered subject: Absurd animal portraits. I have always enjoyed absurdity in art; Irreverence has a special place in my heart, and will continue to do so.
