The Coal Is A Diamond – In The Park

While scouting for new locations to shoot, I ran into this man in the park. I asked him if I could take his picture, and he agreed, naturally adopting this pose. After a brief conversation, he told me that he was a web developer as well.

The Coal Is A Diamond series is about capturing unique people in a guerrilla style; no over-engineered poses. No light setup. Nothing but my camera, kit lens, and my Mark 1 Eyeballs coupled with a high ISO for fast shutter speeds and the grittiness that is indicative of coal.
